Freshly back from our wonderful ski trip to Snow Bird, Utah, where the only thing we found lacking was the food, we went to Outback for dinner. They’re having their 20th Bloomin’ Birthday with some special menu items. I had the Chargrilled Tuscan Ribeye and it was the best steak I’ve had in recent memory. Good enough that I felt I had to mention it here.
